New-Year gifts costs granted by companies to their customers became known

UFA, 23 December 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Galina Bakhshieva/. The HeadHunter research service found out how many Russian companies spend on New-Year gifts to their customers.
According to the survey, almost half of the organizations spend on gifts to counterparties about five percent of its budget. From six to 20 percent of total costs are allocated by 40 percent of respondents. Every tenth organization spends from 21 to 40 percent of its budget on gifts. More than 40 percent spend only two percent, and only one percent of Russian companies allocate more than 70 percent of the budget for these purposes.
The average cost of one gift in most companies (41 percent) is from 300 to 700 rubles.
35 percent of surveyed employers buy slightly more expensive presents - from 700 to 1500 rubles. Gifts costing from 1500 to 5000 rubles are purchased by 20 percent of companies. Four percent are willing to spend on gifts starting from five thousand rubles.
"New-Year gifts are a marketing tool to maintain customer loyalty. Most companies stick to something standard, such as sets of fruit, sweets, alcohol, office supplies and New-Year tree decorations, " said the Head of Press Service of Ural Headhunter Olga Gibadullina. “At the same time, large companies often create their own unusual souvenirs for partners and customers".
