Budget execution 2016 will be deficit-free in Bashkortostan

UFA, 20 December 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Galina Bakhshieva/. In Bashkortostan, the execution of the budget for 2016 is expected to be deficit-free. This was announced at a meeting of the Interdepartmental Commission on potential income increase, income tax and non-tax revenues increase of the republican budget and the budgets of municipalities by the Prime Minister of the Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan Rustem Mardanov.

Total for 11 months of this year the budget received almost 116 billion rubles of tax and non-tax revenues. The pace of revenue growth was higher than the last year and amounted to 14.1 percent. According to this indicator, Bashkortostan is ahead of the Russian average level of 9.7 percent.

The Prime Minister thanked the Ministry of Finance RB, the Republican Administration of the Federal Tax Service, the Ministry of Land and Property Relations for successful work in raising funds to the budget and cost optimization, which contributed to the achievement of the set targets.

At the same time Rustem Mardanov said that in 2017 it would be necessary to provide for additional measures aimed at increasing revenue potential and actual increase in income tax and non-tax revenues in the budget of our republic.

As explained by the press service of the Ministry of Finance RB, it relates to the list of immovable property objects in respect of which the tax base is defined as a cadastral value, to the assessment of the effectiveness of tax incentives offered in the region and measures to support republican barley producers.
