"Meat-Fest" visitors will be taught to cook zur-belish and make hamburgers in Ufa

UFA, 16 December 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Olga Murtazina/. In Ufa master-classes of the best chefs of the republic will be held at the "Meat-Fest" on December 17. The festive and entertainment program is organized in the territory of MFC "Yai" at the intersection of Boulevard Ibragimov and Parkhomenko Street. A Cooks Show will take place at "Lenta" hypermarket, starting at 11.30.

Maria Mashuta, the master chef RB, will be the first to cook chak-chak and baursak (national Bashkir dishes).

A Pan-Asian cuisine workshop will be carried out by the chef of the Amaks Tourist-Hotel Ufa Victor Kosterkin qualified to the finals of the Chef a la Russe-2016. He will demonstrate the work with the beef and mutton, and the chef of the "Premier" restaurant of Ufa "President-Hotel" Michael Dobrogorsky will cook pork dishes.

The chef of Hilton Garden Inn restaurant Timofey Egorov will share his skills of cooking burgers and hamburgers. The staff of the "Ufa-Arena" restaurant will fry the pasties and make zur-belish (big pie). The show will finish with baking pancakes and making dumplings involving children too. Visitors will be able to taste all the dishes prepared by chefs.

The culinary workshops are organized by the State Committee RB for Trade. The products are provided by "Tavros", "Bashkir Goose" and Meleuzovsky meat-packing plant.
