Grandfather Frost and Snow Maiden’s wages are published in Ufa

UFA, 16 December 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Galina Bakhshieva/. The Superjob.ru recruitment portal published average wages of actors and animators performing a Grandfather Frost and a Snow Maiden. The salary rating of the New-Year main characters covers several major Russian cities including Ufa.

Rates are given for 40-45 minutes work in the period from December 20 to 28. The Grandfather Frost and Snow Maiden’s visit at home is several times more expensive from December 29 to 31.

In Ufa the Grandfather Frost’s academic hour varies from 500 to 1100 rubles. In Kazan, actors and animators can count on 600-1100 rubles, in Yekaterinburg – on 700-1400, Nizhny Novgorod - 660-1200, Samara - 600-1200, Omsk - 500-1000, Rostov-on-Don - 600-1300, Saint- Petersburg - 800-1600, Moscow - 1000-2000.

According to the press service employee of Superjob.ru Vladislav Gladenkov, the average age of a Snow Maiden is 27 years in Russia. Two-thirds of them have higher education. Three of five have a regular job.

The average age of a Grandfather Frost is 33 years. 56 percent of them have higher education. For 63 percent of them it is a part-time job plus to the regular one, for others – it is an opportunity to earn money in absence of a permanent job.

The Grandfather Frost and Snow Maiden are waited for by both children and adults. So such qualities as sociability and mobility are welcomed. A driving license and a car are not necessary. The working hours may be different: on pre-holidays - from December 29 to 31 and for the whole New-Year period - from 20 December to January 9.
