Bashneft’s Board of Directors is elected in Ufa

UFA, 16 December 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Arina Rakhimkulova/. In Ufa elections of the Board of Directors were held at the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of PJSOC Bashneft. Ten people were included in its composition.

The Prime Minister of the Government of Bashkortostan Rustem Mardanov, the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Land and Property Relations of the republic Evgeny Guryev, the Bashneft President Andrey Shishkin, as well as representatives of Rosneft Didier Casimiro, Otabek Karimov, Artem Prigoda, Christoph Nerin, Pavel Fedorov, Oleg Feoktistov and Elena Zavaleeva were elected by majority of votes.

The meeting was attended by shareholders and their legal representatives, who own 133 mln 212 thousand 250 voting shares, representing 90.1 percent of the stake.
