Bashkortostan will be one of pilot regions for construction of wholesale and logistics centres

UFA, 30 November 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Alexander Smirnov/. Bashkortostan will be one of the pilot regions for the construction of wholesale and logistics centres in the framework of the consumer cooperation development program. This was announced by Head of the Republic Rustem Khamitov at the meeting with representatives of the regional headquarters of the All Russia’s People Front (ONF).

The co-chairman of the regional ONF headquarters, the president of the Chamber of Commerce RB Azat Fazlyev raised the issue of private farms support and promoting their products. To this end, it was proposed to develop more actively consumer cooperatives.

The Head of the Region said that that topic was discussed at a recent meeting with the Chairman of the Board of the Central Union of Consumer Associations of the Russian Federation Dmitry Zubov. Currently, the Central Union has developed a program for the development of cooperation with the private farms. In addition, within the framework of the signed agreement on cooperation it is planned to build small vegetable stores in municipalities.
