Young paramedics will be paid 500 thousand rubles in Bashkiria

UFA, 22 November 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Olga Murtazina/. In Bashkortostan young paramedics will receive 500 thousand rubles as support of young professionals. This was reported by the press-service of the Government RB.

According to Ministry of Health RB, in the region 39 rural health posts do not work due to lack of specialists. Patients are treated by specialists having secondary employment in more than 100 rural health posts. It is planned that with the new support measures 72 specialists will be employed in 2017. Currently, the Ministry has organized a meeting with graduates of medical schools, documents are started to be accepted from experts. Under the contract, a paramedic is obliged to work at the place for at least 5 years.

The similar support measures are planned for the doctors of different specialties. In the short term, the most popular are neonatologists and gynecologists, the Ministry of Health informs.
