Lump sum payments will be received by 1.163 million pensioners in Bashkiria

UFA, 14 November 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Galina Bakhshieva/. In January 2017, 1.163 million of Bashkortostan pensioners will receive a lump sum payment in the amount of 5 thousand rubles. More than 5.8 billion rubles will be allocated for the payment, the press service of the Department of the Pension Fund RF in Bashkortostan informs.

Payments will be made in application-free form based on the documents contained in pension files. Thus it is not necessary to contact the Pension Fund or to apply to it.

The bill provides that if the citizen simultaneously receives two pensions, one of which is paid by the Pension Fund, a lump sum payment will be carried out by territorial bodies of the Pension Fund RF.

The previous indexation procedure based on actual inflation over the past year for insurance old-age pensions and on increase in the subsistence level for pensioners receiving social security pensions will operate since 2017.
