Ufa authorities request 233 million rubles of debt from Planeta Shopping Mall owner

UFA, 9 November 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Olga Murtazina/. The Land and Property Relations Office of the Ufa administration submitted a lawsuit to the Arbitration Court RB to recover 233 million rubles from the Planeta Shopping Mall: 70 million rubles of the land lease debt (under contract from January 2007) and 163 million rubles of penalties (for the period from February 2014 to April 2016), "Kommersant-Ufa" informs .

The owner of the Planeta Shopping Mall - the "RosEuroDevelopment-Ufa" company previously said it would not recognize the claim because the lease terms had been fully met. In particular, the owner at its own expense connected the complex with engineering networks and roads, having spent an extra 2 billion rubles to 9 billion invested in the construction of the largest in Ufa shopping and entertainment mall. The hearing is scheduled for December 12th.
