Ufa has highest competition among job seekers in major Urals and Siberia cities

UFA, 8 November 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Galina Bakhshieva/. The HeadHunter’s research service analyzed job offers and CVs in the major cities of the Urals and found out shortage of experts in some regions and areas.

"The highest competition is among candidates in Ufa - 7,6 CVs per one position. Next Tyumen comes, where there are 7.1 CVs per vacancy. In Ugra the competition is 5.8, in Chelyabinsk - 5.5. It is a little less - 5.4 and 5.2 - in Perm and Yekaterinburg. Job seekers feel themselves the most comfortable in the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous District and Kurgan," said the Head of Press Service of HeadHunter: Bashkortostan Olga Gibadullina. "Thus the indicator of five CVs per one vacancy is considered optimal for the market. "

In the course of the research the HeadHunter experts came to the conclusion that in all cities there was very high competition among those wishing to work in a public sector, in accountancy, among young specialists, as well as in raw materials extraction area.
