Bashkiria takes 15th place in Russia in scientific and technological development rating

UFA, 7 November 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Olga Murtazina/. Bashkortostan took 15th place out of 83 in scientific and technological development, "Kommersant-Ufa" reports. The list is compiled by RIA-rating following the year of 2015. Moscow takes the first place (80.06) followed by St. Petersburg (71.47), Tatarstan (65.53). Kalmykia, Chechnya, Ingushetia take the last positions.

The top ten regions (included besides those listed, Nizhny Novgorod, Samara, Moscow, Ulyanovsk, Tomsk, Sverdlovsk regions and the Perm Territory) produce 62 percent of Russia's total of innovative products.
