Ufa "Soliton" Research Establishment has developed new device for housing and communal services

UFA, 1 November 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Olga Murtazina/. Ufa "Soliton" Research and Development Establishment has developed a device for control over water, gas, electricity meters. The management of the Establishment reported about it at a daily briefing in the Ufa city administration. The "Observer" device is programmed to photograph readings and send them via mobile communication to the common database. The device will counteract unscrupulous customers. It is ready for mass production, R&D reports.

"Soliton" is a developer and supplier of communications network equipment and measuring tools of the Russian Ministry of Defense.
