Russian government submitted to State Duma draft budget for next three years

UFA, 28 October 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Olga Murtazina/. The Russian government submitted to the State Duma a draft budget for the next three years, the federal media informs. The government expects that revenues will continue to grow. In 2017, they will amount to 13 487, 6 billion rubles. In 2018 they are planned in the amount of 14 028,5 billion rubles, in 2019 - 14 844,8 billion rubles.

Costs in 2017 are planned in the amount of 16 240,8 billion rubles, in 2018 - 16 039,7, in 2019 - 15 986,98 billion rubles.

The classified expenditure items are increased by 800 billion rubles in the budget for 2017, the funds will be made available to the Ministry of Defence.

It is supposed to use 1.15 trillion rubles from the Reserve Fund for financing of the budget deficit in 2017, and 659.6 billion from the National Wealth Fund. It is further assumed to spend money only from National Wealth Fund.

External loans are allowed in 2017 for up to $ 7 billion, in the next two years - per $ 3 billion.
