Number of jobs for people with disabilities is growing in Ufa

UFA, 27 October 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Galina Bakhshieva/. The experts of HeadHunter website carried out research in Ufa and found out that almost two thousand offers for 2016 in the market were for job seekers with disabilities.

Most vacancies for people with disabilities were in sales - 41 percent, in the field of information technologies - 29 percent; marketing experts - 25 percent, as well as in the field of "Administrative staff" and "Banks" - 18 and 13 percent, respectively.

Practically there were no offers for people with disabilities in areas related to physical activity, in the areas "Sport clubs, fitness", "Mining" and "Production".

"The number of jobs marked "available for people with disabilities" is growing in Ufa. Last year, these offers made four percent of the total, and this year - already six percent", commented on the head of the press service of the HeadHunter in Ural Federal District and Siberian Federal District Elana Taraschuk.

In her opinion, this is due to the fact that more and more employers seek to show an individual approach to the candidates. On the other hand, information about a technical possibility to put a mark on the position becomes known to many employers.
