People from 330 houses will be resettled within dilapidated housing resettlement program in Ufa

UFA, 26 October 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Galina Bakhshieva/. Through the implementation of the republican program on resettlement of citizens from dilapidated housing designed for 2013-2017, people from 330 dilapidated houses will be resettled in Ufa. These are about 12.4 thousand people. The program participants will move from dilapidated houses to a similar living space, but only new ones.

At the same time the purchased housing will not exceed the area of the old one. The cost per square meter of purchased housing is also regulated by the federal legislation. In 2013, it amounted to 30.7 thousand rubles in Ufa. In 2014 it was 32.4 thousand rubles, in 2015 - 34.4 thousand, in 2016 - 37 thousand rubles.

The regional targeted program of the Republic of Bashkortostan on resettlement of citizens from dilapidated housing for 2013-2017 is implemented in five phases. Two calendar years are provided for the performance of each of these phases, except the phase of 2017, which events should be completed by September 1, 2018.
