Number of unemployed decreases in Ufa

UFA, 26 October 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Galina Bakhshieva/. The number of unemployed decreased by 700 people in Ufa compared to the beginning of the year. Now in the Bashkir capital, there are more than 6.3 thousand officially registered unemployed.

As the Bashinform News Agency was informed at the Ufa Employment Cente, the "official" unemployment rate was 1.25 percent at the beginning of this year. To date, this figure fell to 1.07 percent. If in the beginning of 2016 in Ufa, there were about 7.3 thousand vacancies reported by employers to the employment service, now currently there are 11.5 thousand of them.

The tension coefficient in the labour market or the ratio of the total number of citizens registered with the employment service to the number of applications is 0.62 in Ufa. For comparison: in the beginning of the year it reached 1.1.
