Bashkiria establishes cooperation with Kyrgyzstan

UFA, 25 October 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Galina Bakhshieva/. The Minister of Economic Development of Bashkortostan Sergey Novikov at the session of the Government Presidium has submitted an action plan for the development of cooperation with the Kyrgyz Republic for 2016-2017.

The draft document was prepared by the Ministry on the basis of 5th Russian-Kyrgyz inter-regional conference, held in June this year. It was formed taking into account proposals made by executive bodies.

According to the press service of the Ministry of Economic Development RB, the plan includes provisions for bilateral activities and visits by delegations of the republics, as well as on the organization of deliveries of products by republican producers to Kyrgyzstan, the expansion of tourism and directions of joint work in the field of education.

According to Sergey Novikov, a draft agreement on cooperation with the Kyrgyz Republic, which will expand the areas of cooperation, is currently prepared.
