Accountants and senior management are not in a rush to seek new jobs in Ufa
UFA, 25 October 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Galina Bakhshieva/. The HeadHunter website analyzed the trends of resumes submission in Ufa. The study found that the increase in the number of applicants was two percent in October this year compared to the last one.
At the same time the most active candidates in October 2016 were in the sectors of "Blue-collar staff" (20 percent), "Sports, fitness, beauty salons" (29 percent) and "Healthcare jobs" (22 percent).
Accountants and representatives of the IT sphere were not very active in seeking new jobs (by + 1 percent in each sphere), as well as the senior management (+2 percent).
Applicants have become clearly more cautious in the job search, preferring to wait until better times. For example, during the year the seeking for jobs activity among bank employees, marketers and experts in human resources management significantly reduced.
