Housing construction rates slowed down in Bashkiria

UFA, 24 October 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Galina Bakhshieva/. As of October 1, commissioning of apartment houses decreased by 6.4 percent in Bashkortostan. In the sector of real estate developers - legal entities the volumes decreased by 17.6 percent, in individual housing construction - by 0.5 percent.

In January-September this year, residential buildings with area of 1 824.9 thousand sq m were put into operation. This was announced by the Minister of Economic Development of Bashkortostan Sergey Novikov at the meeting in the Government RB devoted to the results of socio-economic development of the region for the first nine months of this year. Among the regions of the Volga Federal District Bashkortostan ranks third after the Republic of Mari El and Tatarstan in housing construction per capita.
