Rosneft head will hold a visiting meeting in Ufa

UFA, 19 October 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Olga Murtazina/. The head of Rosneft Igor Sechin holds a visiting meeting in Ufa today, on October 19, the "Kommersant" informs. It is assumed that the Head of the Republic Rustem Khamitov will take part in the meeting, during which it is planned to discuss dividends and obligations to Bashkortostan.

On October 12, Rosneft acquired a controlling stake in Bashneft for the amount of almost 330 billion rubles. The board of the company now consists of seven senior managers of Rosneft. The former vice-president of PJSC Rosneft Andrey Shishkin became the President of PJSOC Bashneft.
