Bashkiria budget revenues as 114.4 billion rubles are determined for 2017

Revenues of the Bashkortostan budget for 2017 are identified in the amount of 114.4 billion rubles, in 2018 - 117.3 billion rubles, in 2019 -120,8 billion rubles. Expenditures in the next year are projected at 123.9 billion rubles. In 2018, according to forecasts, they will amount to 126.3 billion rubles, in 2019 - 129.3 billion.

Key parameters of the main financial document were presented by the Minister of Finance RB Rida Subkhankulova at a meeting of the Committee for Budget, Tax, Investment Policy and Territorial Development of the State Assembly RB. The main topic of discussion at the meeting was the draft law "On the Budget of the Republic of Bashkortostan for 2017 and the Planning Period of 2018 and 2019".

As the Finance Minister said, the main sources of replenishment of the regional budget will be the tax on corporate profit and personal income tax, excise and property taxes and income from the use of state property.

Traditionally, the social component is predominant in the structure of spending - about 70 percent. At the same time the spending parameters were established on the basis of the state programs approved by the Government of the Republic. So, next year 25 state programs will be implemented in the region.

The deficit will decline from 9.5 billion rubles in 2017 to 9 billion in 2018 and 8.5 billion in 2019. The sources of its covering are already defined.

Members of the relevant committee approved the bill submitted by the Ministry of Finance. In the first reading it will be considered at the next meeting of the republican parliament, which will take place in late October.
