Andrey Shishkin appointed Bashneft President

UFA, 13 October 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Olga Murtazina/. By resolution of the Board of Directors, Andrey Shishkin, Vice President of PJSC Rosneft, has been appointed the President of PJSOC Bashneft for five years starting from October 13, 2016, Kommersant reports .

The new Management Board of PJSOC Bashneft includes also seven Rosneft top managers: Andrey Shishkin, Natalia Mincheva, Andrey Sudakov, Andrey Lazeev, Denis Nyrkov, Rostislav Latysh, Sergey Lobachev.

The issue of the new composition of the Bashneft’s Board of Directors will be considered by the shareholders on December 16.

October 12, Rosneft acquired a controlling stake in Bashneft and changed the management.
