Dmitry Medvedev signed a decree on Bashneft’s sale

UFA, 11 October 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Galina Bakhshieva/. The Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev signed a decree of the Government, according to which the 50.075 percent state-owned stake in PJSOC Bashneft will be sold to Rosneft for 329.7 billion rubles.

According to the federal media, the payment should be made before October 14.

"I have signed today a decree on the sale of 50.075% of shares in public joint-stock oil company Bashneft to the public joint stock oil company Rosneft at the price of 329.69 billion rubles", said Dmitry Medvedev at a meeting with the Deputy Prime Ministers on Monday.

According to him, all the proceeds from the sale of stake in Bashneft will be directed to the budget 2016.

"The Federal Property Management Agency (Rosimushchestvo) should take all the necessary decisions to include the revenues from this deal to the federal budget. You know, that these revenues somehow or other were taken into account in forming the revenue base of the Russian budget for the current year ", he marked.
