Secondary housing market continues to fall in Ufa

UFA, 7 October 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Olga Murtazina/. The secondary housing market continued to fall in Ufa. The business season did not bring changes to the overall situation, analysts of "Mir Kvartir" mark. In the capital of Bashkortostan the secondary real estate fell as a whole by 8.5 percent since the beginning of the year. The average price of an apartment in the third quarter amounted to 3.49 million rubles (in April the cost was about 3.7). The average price per sq m was 60.42 thousand rubles (in April - 63).

The negative trend is observed also in the most expensive cities - Moscow, St. Petersburg, Vladivostok, Khabarovsk and Yekaterinburg. Only 11 of the 61 cities showed positive trend during the monitoring. Property rises with high rates only in Sochi, where the average price of apartment rose during a quarter by 12.5 percent and approached the threshold of 6 million rubles.
