9.5 billion rubles budget deficit is projected in Bashkortostan for 2017

UFA, 4 October 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Arina Rakhimkulova/. In Bashkortostan, the budget for 2017 is projected with a deficit of 9.5 billion rubles. The estimated revenues and expenditures for the next three years are announced at the Presidium of the State Assembly of the Republic.

As the press service of the regional parliament informs, the deputies proceeded to the consideration of the republican budget. A draft law is submitted to the State Assembly. According to the document, in 2017 revenues are projected in the amount of 114,4 billion rubles, in 2018 – 117,3 billion, in 2019 - 120,8 billion rubles. Expenditures - 123,9 billion rubles, 126, 3 and 129, 3 billion rubles, respectively.

Traditionally the main sources of the republican treasury replenishment are tax profits and personal income tax, excise taxes, property taxes and income from state property use. Spending parameters are formed on the basis of 25 government programs approved by the Government of Bashkortostan, which will be implemented in 2017.

"A particular attention in formation of the budget will be paid to opinion of citizens, who have the right and opportunity to participate in discussion and adoption of the budget-making process. The project will be posted on the website of the State Assembly and will be open to the public. We are interested in making the main financial document real in execution", the Chairman of the republican parliament Konstantin Tolkachev commented on.
