Overhaul payments collectability is above national average in Bashkiria

UFA, 28 September 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Galina Bakhshieva/. Collectability of overhaul repairs payments is above the national average in Bashkortostan. Following eight months of this year it amounted to 87.2 percent. On average in Russia this figure is 80.5 percent, the press service of the Foundation "Regional overhaul operator of common property in apartment buildings located in Bashkiria" reported.

Currently 812 apartment buildings are fully renovated in Bashkortostan.

In general, it is planned to renovate 1063 houses with a total area of 4.1 million sq m according to the short-term plan of 2016. Of these, 410 apartment buildings are located in Ufa. It is expected that more than 160 thousand inhabitants of the republic will have more comfortable residing conditions after the repairs.

In Moscow, at the 3rd All-Russian Congress of Regional Overhaul Operators, a necessity to run energy-efficient overhaul repairs in 2017 was underlined.
