Rustem Khamitov visited "Transport Systems. Construction Machinery and Equipment" specialized exhibition

UFA, 21 September 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Alexander Smirnov/. On September 21, the Head of Ufa Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov visited the 1st specialized exhibition "Transport Systems. Construction Machinery and Equipment ", which takes place at the "VDNKh-Expo" exhibition complex as part of the Transport Forum.

Total, it is attended by about 70 companies from 10 Russian regions, including Moscow, St. Petersburg, Tatarstan, Chelyabinsk, Kemerovo, Sverdlovsk, Bryansk, Nizhny Novgorod regions.

The GLONASS regional operator in Bashkortostan presented at the exhibition an innovative system of traffic, passenger and freight monitoring implemented in the republic. Currently, for these purposes, it is also planned to use unmanned aerial vehicles made in Russia. Rustem Khamitov noted the need for further development and expansion of the system to improve road safety.

Modern examples of road-building and municipal engineering are presented by the companies such as "Group of mechanical engineering and instrument-making companies" (Bryansk), Kemerovo experienced mechanical repair plant, Kirovgrad hard alloys plant, "Mercator Holding" (Moscow). The EUROCITO company (Moscow) presented consumables and spare parts for crushing and screening equipment, conveying systems, quarry and road-building machinery.

Innovative materials and developments in the field of road construction companies were displayed by "Bashbeton", "Rossilber", and the Institute of Petroleum Refining and Petrochemistry RB. The Head of the Region has instructed the State Committee RB for Transport and Roads to cooperate actively with manufacturers of advanced materials.

Representatives of JSC "Bashkiravtodor" showed the Head of the Republic modern systems and new equipment for construction of highways. Among the innovative technologies the company is "cold asphalt", which produces by Ufa experimental plant "Remstroidormash". Rustem Khamitov has tested the properties of the material in an open area in front of the exhibition premises.

The Director General of the Ufa International Airport Alexander Andreev reported on the reconstruction progress of the domestic terminal, which would greatly increase its capacity.

During the inspection of the exhibition the Head of the Region familiarized with the stand of the Samara-Ufa-Chelyabinsk highway directorate, having stressed the need to maintain this road in a state meeting standards.
