Rustem Khamitov visited Bugulchanskaya solar power plant
UFA, 14 September 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Alexander Smirnov/. On September 14, the Head of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov during his working trip to Kuyurgazy District visited the Bugulchanskaya solar power plant, the first stage of which was commissioned in December 2015.
"Avelar Solar Technology" LLC is an investor of the facility, which is a subsidiary of the "Hevel" company (joint venture of "Renova" company and JSC "RUSNANO"). The project is implemented on a plot of 52 hectares. Since April 1 this year the plant has entered the wholesale electricity market.
According to the Director for Development "Avelar Solar Technology" Aydar Khafizov, construction of the second and third stage with a capacity of 5 MW per year is planned for 2016-2017, after which the power plant will reach its design capacity. The total investment in the project will be 1.6 billion rubles.
Bugulchanskaya solar power plant is part of a solar power plants network, which the "Hevel" company plans to build in Bashkortostan in the coming years. Their total capacity in the region will be 64 MW.
Rustem Khamitov asked about the operation modes of the plant and power generation volumes, depending on the time of year and weather conditions. The section foreman Vladimir Aprakin reported that the annual plan for Bugulchanskaya solar power plant was 6 GW/h. Since the launch of the plant it has been already generated 4 GW/hour. With the commissioning of the second and third stages the annual output will amount to 17-18 GW/hour. The plant can provide 60-70 percent demand in the electric energy of the entire region.
The Head of Bashkortostan supported the project, emphasizing its importance for the region's energy sector.
