Ufa is among three most career attractive cities in Volga Federal District

UFA, 9 September 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Galina Bakhshieva/. The Bashkir capital ranked third in the rating of cities the most attractive for career building and relocation of professionals in the Volga Federal District. The rating was prepared by the Superjob.ru job search service.

The review of the Volga Federal District includes: Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny, Ufa, Nizhny Novgorod, Samara, Tolyatti, Perm, Ulyanovsk, Saratov, Orenburg and Penza.

"Ufa took the honourable third place, having lost only to Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny. However, it should be noted that the average rental rate in the Bashkir capital is lower in comparison with the main competitors," said the leading PR expert of Superjob.ru portal Vladislav Gladenkov. “In ratio of salary expectations and proposals Ufa took the second place, conceding only to Ulyanovsk. In terms of professionals Ufa was again on the third place, ahead of Kazan, but following Naberezhnye Chelny. The capital of Bashkortostan takes the same third place in level of wages".

The business activity in Ufa continues to grow. Companies are actively seeking for new employees, as evidenced by the marked increase in number of vacancies.

Industrial companies of Ufa are now more interested in staffing. The most active employers in industry and production as of the beginning of September are the companies "Technodynamika","Bashmebel-Plus","IPP NovyeTehnologii". Most often, employers of this sphere are looking for engineers, technicians and fitters.
