Investment project on mega-farm creation is implemented in Baimak District
UFA, 8 September 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Alexander Smirnov/. On September 7, the Head of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov during his working trip to Baimak District visited a state-of-the-art dairy farm in the Kultaban village, construction of which began in 2008. In the future, it is expected to create there one of the largest complexes of dairy cattle in the republic.
The large-scale investment project is implemented on co-financing principles. Its total cost is 960 million rubles. 400 million rubles are allocated for the construction of the first stage of the complex from the state budget, including 59 million rubles - for purchase of breeding stock.
The first stage of the mega-farm is already put into operation. The breeding stock includes 640 cows of black-motley breed, including 530 – milk cows. Also, 340 calves are grown. The production of milk is started. The daily gross yield exceeds 800 kg, or an average of 15 kg per cow.
There is an ongoing search for an investor for the implementation of the second stage of the project, which will include two cowsheds for 320 heads with a connecting gallery, a building for the young stock for 532 and 578 cattle stalls, silo trenches and auxiliary facilities. Thus, by 2020, it is planned to increase the farm livestock up to 1280 cows and reach its planned capacity for the production of milk - 8.4 thousand tons per year.
Rustem Khamitov visited the main premises of the farm - the barn, milking parlour, asked about the technical equipment of the complex and quality of feed for the livestock. Thus, a special robot costing more than 1 million rubles supervises the feed supply and operates on a 16-hour cycle. Farmers calculated that the stock weight gain and milk production growth would repay the technical novelty for about half a year.
