Since 2017 foreigners will receive labour patents at Bashkiria MFCs

UFA, 25 August 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Galina Bakhshieva/. From next year, foreigners will receive labour patents at Bashkortostan multifunctional centres. The appropriate amendments were made to the Decree of the Government RB "On foreign nationals’ employment procedures on the basis of patents in the territory of the republic".

The new version of the document to implements procedures for the organization of favourable conditions on one stop-shop principle for foreign applicants in terms of registration and issuance of patents for work in Bashkortostan.

The MFC of the republic is authorized to provide this public service for a period of one year, starting from January 1, 2017.

According to the press-service of the Government RB, the same positive experience is already implemented in Tula, Astrakhan and Sakhalin regions.

By the end of this year, the public service of issuing patents to foreign nationals in the Republic of Bashkortostan is rendered by the Passport and Visa Service of the Federal Migration Service.
