UFA, 28 July 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Ksenia Kalinina/. Russians began to experience difficulties with payment of mortgage. Usually these loans are paid by citizens in the first place, as accommodation is at stake. But in 2016 the arrears growth rate of mortgage and other types of unsecured lending was among the leaders. According to "Izvestia" newspaper, the following conclusions can be drawn from the review of the Joint Credit Bureau.

Thus, the volume of overdue debts on mortgage increased for the 2nd quarter of this year by six percent (9 billion rubles) and reached 157 billion rubles. This is 4.5 percent of the total volume of mortgage debt. Car loans overdue increased by 13 percent (9 billion rubles) to 80 billion rubles, or 16.2 percent of total outstanding loans. But the cash loan overdue at the end of June decreased by one percent (5 billion rubles) and amounted to 750 billion rubles, or 18.3% percent of the loan debt.

According to experts, the situation is far from dramatic yet, but it is a disturbing symptom.
