Egypt is considering investment projects in grain processing in Bashkortostan

UFA, 19 July 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Galina Bakhshieva/. Egyptian businessmen are considering investment projects on construction and reconstruction of mills, silos and vegetable stores in Bashkortostan. This was reported by the Chamber of Commerce RB after negotiations with the delegation of Egypt.

The official Egyptian delegation included the Chairman of the International Association of Business and Investment IBIA Ahmed Galal Eldin, the president of the group of companies "El-Rashed" Hossam El Shennavi and vice president of the Centre for Strategic Studies "Russia - Islamic World" Onalla Ali Issam Saleh.

As the CCI RB President Azat Fazlyev told RBC-Ufa, Egyptian businessmen are primarily interested in investing in production and processing of grain.

"We are talking about production of flour followed by exports, investments in storage and processing of grain. It is important for our republic", Azat Fazlyev underlined.

The Chamber of Commerce is not yet ready to disclose details of future investment.
