Salavatsteklo will direct over 60 percent of net profit for 2015 on dividends

UFA, 13 July 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Olesya Seregina/. The shareholders of JSC Salavatsteklo decided to pay dividends at the rate of 100 rubles per share at the annual meeting on June 29; it is reported in the Issuer's materials. The company paid a dividend of 40 rubles per share for 2014. Thus, their sum more than doubled. The total amount of payments made 497.68 million rubles. It is more than 60 percent of its net profit, which amounted to 800 million 998 thousand rubles in 2015. Dividends will be paid until August 15.

JSC Salavatsteklo produces and sells glass and glassware, building materials and consumer goods. In terms of output, the company occupies a leading position in the glass industry in Russia. The authorized capital is 49 million 768 thousand rubles. Nearly 75 percent is owned by Ufa "Company RIA" LLC.
