Bashkortostan delegation participated in "Engineers of the Future" Forum

The team of Bashkortostan regional branch of the Russian Engineering Union participates in the 6th "Engineers of the Future 2016" Industrial Forum in the Udmurt Republic. Bashkortostan is represented by 14 young professionals of UMPO company - authors of the best presentation "Optimization of Energy Efficiency Parameters at PJSC "UMPO". They not only won a competitive selection and were invited to the forum, but also led the ranking of promising young employees, formed this year at the company. The team also included three specialists from A. Lyulka Design Bureau (UMPO Moscow branch) and USATU students.

In addition, two specialists from Bashkortostan acted at the forum as speakers. Catherine Karavaeva and Julia Strochko in the framework of the "Production" Faculty carried out a business game for the young engineers included in the educational module of UEC (United Engine Corporation) corporate program. Participants were offered not only to master the tools of efficient manufacturing, but also to improve the skills of the successful implementation of the state defense procurement in view of the military acceptance.

The organizers of the "Engineers of the Future 2016" Forum are the Russian Engineering Union and the Government of the Udmurt Republic, with the support of the Rostec State Corporation. The forum will last until July 18, the Bashkortostan Regional Branch of the Russian Engineering Union reports.
