Ufa Financiers Congress will form parameters for regional subsidies allocation

UFA, 7 July 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Galina Bakhshieva/. Offers of regions that will be formed in Ufa at the All-Russian Financiers Congress on July 7 and 8 will be a basis for allocation of grants and their terms for the coming three-year fiscal period. This was stated by the Deputy Finance Minister of Russia Leonid Gornin, who came to Ufa to participate in the All-Russia seminar-meeting of heads of financial departments of regions.

The main topic of the meeting opened today was the main approaches to the formation of the budget policy and intergovernmental relations in Russia for 2017-2019.

Leonid Gornin told journalists that at today's meeting in the Ministry of Finance RB it would be offered an option to increase federal spending in nominal terms. It will be defined at the level of 15.7 trillion rubles by 2019.

"Yes, we do not assume indexing the Financial Support Fund of the Russian Federation, which took place over the past years. We offer a stable volume equal to volumes of 2016 of the Financial Support Fund rendered to the Russian entities. This is due to the difficult conditions in terms of budget planning and forecasting till 2019", said the Deputy Finance Minister.
