New company is established in Agidel Industrial Park
UFA, 7 July 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Galina Bakhshieva/. The Development Corporation of Bashkortostan continues working on development of the "Building Materials of Bashkortostan" Industrial Park in Agidel and attracting new residents.
A new production is established at the industrial park with the assistance of the Corporation. It is an enterprise for production of three-layer thermal efficiency blocks - "Agidelsky Teploblok".
Thermal efficiency blocks are one of the most modern construction materials and are designed for the construction of load-bearing walls in low and mid-rise construction. According to the project five new jobs will be created at "Agidelsky Teploblok" this year.
When concluding state property lease contracts with small and medium businesses the rent is paid on beneficial terms: in the first year of rent - 40 percent of the rent payment; during the second year - 60 percent, in the third and fourth years of the rent - 80 and 100 percent of the rent payment, respectively.
The monthly cost of renting industrial buildings located in the Agidel Industrial Park ranges from 9.75 to 19.5 rubles per sq m. In view of the amendments to the regulatory framework a new resident of the park will pay for the first year of rent total 46,8-93,6 rubles per sq m or 3,9-7,8 rubles per month.
In addition to the reduced rent, residents are provided with additional preferences. Among them there are the property tax benefits for legal entities, land tax benefits, as well as simplified access to electricity connection, water supply, sewerage and heating.
To date, five residents are accommodated at the Agidel Industrial Park. Another five companies are considering placing their production facilities in the park, the press service of the Development Corporation of Bashkortostan informs.
