New CEO is appointed at JSC NefAZ

UFA, 9 June 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Galiya Nabieva/. The Board of Directors of JSC NefAZ decided on early termination of powers of the general director of the plant, according to "Kommersant". Nikolai Pronin, who held the CEO position since October 2013, was replaced by Sergey Zuikov. Previously, he worked as the CEO of the subsidiary JSC KAMAZinstrumentspetsmash. According to the newspaper, the contract with the new top manager is signed for five years.

JSC NefAZ produces buses, dumpers and other additional structures on "KAMAZ" chassis, road semi-trailers and trailers, tanks for various purposes. According to the automobile plant, its share among the Russian manufacturers of large and extra large passenger buses is 24 percent, trailed transport equipment - 10 percent, trailed tank vehicles - 9 percent.

JSC KamAZ owns 50.02 percent stake in the Neftekamsk enterprise, JSC "Regional Fund" (Bashkortostan) - 28.5 percent.
