Bashkortostan Deputy Prime Minister is on a working visit to Germany

UFA, 31 May 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Sergey Zakharov/. A visit to Germany of the Russian delegation headed by the Minister of Economic Development Alexei Ulyukaev started. During the meetings in Stuttgart and Munich, the current state of trade and economic cooperation between Russia and the German regions and prospects of joint investment projects are discussed.

A working trip of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Government RB Ilshat Tazhitdinov takes place during the visit.

According to the press service, in Munich, the Deputy Prime Minister held talks with representatives of «Kaindl» and «Kronospan» companies. They were devoted to issues of investment projects implementation, their cost-effectiveness and environmental safety, raw material supply and product sales.

In addition, a visit to «Kaindl» company producing laminate flooring and high-quality wood products took place.

On the final day of the visit, June 1, it is planned to sign an agreement between Bashkortostan, Kaliningrad Region, the Kaluga Region and the «Kronospan Holdings East Limited» on investments in Russia's economy and export development in third countries.

It is also expected to discuss implementation of the second stage of the investment project - a construction of the line for oriented strand board production in Bashkortostan, the press service of the Government RB reports.
