Russian Petrochemical Forum opens in Ufa on May 24

UFA, 19 May 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Galina Bakhshieva/. Ufa will host the Russian Petrochemical Forum and the 24th "Gas. Oil. Technologies" International Exhibition from May 24 to 27.

The Russian Petrochemical Forum for the first time brought together the "Big Chemistry" International Forum and the "Gas. Oil. Technologies" International Exhibition at one venue.

More than 400 leading companies of the industry from 35 Russian regions and 12 foreign countries will participate in the exhibition. For the first time 34 enterprises of China will present their novelties in a joint exposition.

The business program of the forum includes 38 activities at multiple venues in Ufa, including a plenary session on government regulation and industry programs in petrochemical sector.

During the four days the forum will be attended by over 12 thousand people. Among them there are representatives of the Russian companies of chemical, petrochemical and oil and gas industry, federal and regional bodies of the Government, as well as official international and regional delegations.

The forum will form a resolution, which will include proposals of the participants regarding the development of the industry. Then the document will be submitted to the Government and relevant ministries.

The organizers of the forum are the Government of Bashkortostan, the Ministry of Industry and Innovation Policy, Chamber of Commerce of Bashkortostan and the Bashkir Exhibition Company.

The forum is held under the official support of the Ministry of Energy, Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia.
