Bashkir sanatoriums will be offered for privatization after increase in their market value

UFA, 17 May 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Olga Murtazina/. Bashkir sanatoriums - state unitary enterprises will be offered for privatization after increase in their market value, it was announced at a briefing by the Minister of Land and Property Relations RB Evgeny Guriev. The first step will be corporatization of state unitary enterprises with 100 percent state participation. "Then, for a year and a half we will work on their quality through classical laws of corporate management. We will increase revenues, significantly capitalize assets and then the second step can be done - privatization with two to three times higher value", said the Minister.

Unpopular sanatoriums will be reorganized. Thus, "Lake Shamsutdin" rest house is merged with another unitary enterprise, the head of the department reported. The "Talkas" sanatorium will continue to develop as a tourist centre under the auspices of the State Committee for Tourism RB.

Nine Bashkir sanatoriums - state unitary enterprises - "Tanyp", "Zelenaya Roscha", "Krasnousolsky", "Yakty-Kuhl", "Yangan-Tau", "Yumatovo", "Karagai", "Talkas", "Assy", as well as the "Salute" children health and fitness camp are included in the program of privatization of state property for 2016-2017.
