Agidel industrial development concept is developed in Bashkiria

UFA, 13 May 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Galina Bakhshieva/. The Development Corporation of Bashkortostan in conjunction with the St. Petersburg "Rosengineering Project" company elaborates a concept of the industrial development of the city of Agidel.

According to the technical audit, 73 buildings and facilities are in good operating condition. It is about 112 thousand square meters to accommodate production facilities and warehouses, including with unique design characteristics. More than 100 hectares can be used for construction of new production facilities, with a possibility of their further expansion.

In Agidel the "Building Materials of Bashkortostan" industrial park includes frame-concrete production facilities, storage premises, large garage premises, as well as the administrative buildings of four to seven floors.

The market value of buildings, suitable for production facilities accommodation, is already assessed. The rent rates are determined, which range from 9.75 to 19.5 rubles per square meter per month.

To date, the Development Corporation examines the documentation of the second stage of works, including those concerning the master plan for the industrial site development in Agidel.
