VTB Group has successfully completed integration of Bank of Moscow

UFA, 11 May 2016. /Bashinform News Agency/. On May 10, 2016 VTB Bank has successfully completed the integration of the Bank of Moscow and undertook the fulfillment of all its obligations to the clients.

As part of the VTB integration the main part of the Bank of Moscow business joined to it - about 70 percent of assets, which is more than 900 billion rubles, according to the International Financial Reporting Standards. More than 10 million individuals and small businesses have become the VTB Bank customers.

In Bashkortostan 900 accounts of legal entities, more than 7,000 payroll cards are now in the process of transfer from the regional branch of the Bank of Moscow to VTB. More than 10,000 customers of the Bank of Moscow - individuals and small businesses are transferred to VTB retail service.

Bank accounts opened with the Bank of Moscow do not change after the merger. The same terms continue to apply to all the products and services previously provided to the customers. For customer convenience, in the beginning the Bank of Moscow brand will continue to be used in conjunction with the VTB Bank brand on branches signs and on promotional products.

According to the head of VTB's retail division in Ufa Elena Popova "all retail branches are operating in the normal mode".
