Bashneft has redeemed BO-03 bonds for 5 billion rubles

UFA, 11 May 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Olesya Seregina/. PJSOC "Bashneft" fully redeemed the offer of exchange bonds of BO-03 series worth a total of 5.065 billion rubles, according to the issuer.

The company acquired securities at the price of 101.3 percent of the nominal value amounting to one thousand rubles. Also the accrued coupon yield in the amount of 282.75 million rubles is paid.

Bashneft offered the bonds of BO-03 series worth 5 billion rubles in May 2015. The rate of 1-10th coupons is set at 12 percent per annum. The securities have 20 semi-annual coupons. The loan maturity date is May 9, 2025.

According to Rusbonds, currently there are four issues of exchange-traded bonds of the company for 25 billion rubles and eight classical bonds for 90 billion rubles in circulation.
