Salavatsteklo plans to direct all profits for dividends in 2015

UFA, 5 May 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Olesya Seregina/. Shareholders of OJSC "Salavatsteklo" at the annual meeting will decide on the issue of profits distribution and the amount of dividends, it follows from the minutes of the Board of Directors on June 29.

The company's Board of Directors recommended to shareholders distributing the net profit for dividend payment per share with par value of 10 rubles at the rate of 20, 40, 60, 100 or 200 rubles at the discretion of the shareholders. In case of insufficiency of the 2015 profit the retained profit from previous years may be directed to dividends payment, but within the established limit.

Earlier it was reported that by the results of 2015 "Salavatsteklo" received net profit under RAS in the amount of 800.998 million rubles, which is seven times more than the result of 2014.

JSC "Salavatsteklo" produces and sells glass and glassware, building materials and consumer goods. In terms of output, the company occupies a leading position in the glass industry in Russia. The authorized capital is 49 million 768 thousand rubles. Nearly 75 percent is owned by Ufa "Company RIA".
