Bashneft submitted an offer of BO-04 and BO-07 bonds for 10 billion rubles on May 23

UFA, 5 May 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Olesya Seregina/. PJSOC Bashneft submitted an offer of BO-04 and BO-07 bonds for 10 billion rubles on May 23, according to the issuer's reports. The company will acquire up to 5 million bonds for each of the issues with a par value of 1 thousand rubles.
The securities should be produced for redemption during the period from May 16 to 20. The purchase price is 101.4 percent of the face value.
Sberbank CIB acts as a purchasing agent.
The company placed the BO-04 and BO-07 bonds with a maturity of 10 years and a volume of 5 billion rubles each in June 2015. Earlier it was reported that Bashneft had submitted an offer of BO-03 bonds for 5 billion rubles on May 10. The period to produce securities for redemption was from April 27 to May 5. The purchase price was 101.3 percent of the nominal value. The purchasing agent was Gazprombank.
According to Rusbonds, four issues of exchange-traded bonds of the company for 25 billion rubles, and eight classical bonds for 90 billion rubles are currently in the circulation.
