In Ufa average price of apartment renting was 16 thousand rubles

UFA, 21 April 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Olga Murtazina/. In Ufa, the average price of renting a standard apartment amounted to 16 thousand rubles in April, according to the "Expert" real estate agency. Traditionally, the most expensive rooms and apartments are in the downtown, near the October Avenue and Zelenaya Roscha neighbourhood, the cheapest are in the outlying neighbourhoods of Zaton, Chernikovka and Shaksha. The decline trend began in 2014 and is associated not only with the crisis, but with the oversupply, the agency analysts say, pointing out that apartments purchased for investment purposes play a significant role in the rental market.

Over the past two years, prices for rental apartments in the segment of economy class decreased by 12-18 percent. Now the trend slowed somewhat due to the cost of utilities.
