Residents of Bashkiria pay on average 18 thousand rubles per month for mortgage

UFA, 20 April 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Olesya Seregina/. Residents of Bashkortostan pay on average 18 067 thousand rubles for mortgage. According to this index the republic occupies the 50th place out of 85 in the rating of regions with the largest monthly mortgage payment prepared by the «SeverInform» information and analytical agency. The expert study is based on data of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation and the Federal State Statistics Service.

The average size of mortgage housing loan in the republic is 1.439 million rubles, the interest rate - 12.59 percent. The average monthly income of residents of the region is estimated at 24.9 thousand rubles.

According to the rating, Muscovites pay for the mortgage most of all. In the capital, the average mortgage amount is 3.5 million rubles, and the monthly payment is about 42 thousand rubles. The smallest payments - less than 15 thousand rubles are in Ulyanovsk, Kirov and Kostroma regions.

The average mortgage size in Russia is 1,741 million rubles at the interest rate of 12.22 percent and monthly payment of 21.061 thousand rubles.
