Half of job seekers are looking for a more interesting and well-paid job in Ufa

UFA, 19 April 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Olga Murtazina/. In Ufa, half of job seekers are looking for a more interesting and lucrative job. According to the research of the HeadHunter service, most Ufa job seekers feel themselves "out of position". 49 percent of respondents say that they are not interested in their work. About one third of them links their dissatisfaction with the wrong choice of the company and complains about a wrong choice of professional sphere. One in four feels constant discomfort at work. The same number believe that they are created for something more.

Nevertheless, people are not in a hurry to change their place of work, are afraid to choose a bad option or lose in salary. In addition, many job seekers say that it became more complicated to find a job than a year ago. It is noteworthy that half of those who are quite satisfied with their position are ready to abandon it in favour of more highly-paid jobs.
