Bashneft placed an offer of BO-03 bonds for 5 billion rubles on May 10

UFA, 18 April 2016. /Bashinform News Agency,Olesya Seregina/. PJSOC Bashneft placed an offer of BO-03 bonds series for 5 billion rubles on May 10, according to Rusbonds with reference to the issuer's reports.

The securities should be redeemed during the period from April 27 to May 5. The purchase price is 101.3 percent of the nominal value.

Gazprombank acts as a purchasing agent.

The company offered the series BO-03 bonds worth 5 billion rubles in May 2015. The rate of 1-10-th coupon is set at 12 percent per annum. The securities have 20 semi-annual coupons. The loan maturity date is May 9, 2025.

Now in circulation there are four issues of exchange-traded bonds of the company for 25 billion rubles and eight classic bonds for 90 billion rubles.
